As part of our sustainable policy, we are determined to reduce the environmental impacts associated with our activities by moving to paperless events. All attendees will use the dedicated conference app to view conference and exhibition information, including the programme, speakers and sessions, exhibitors, attendees, venue map and networking opportunities. This is a high profile opportunity for your company’s logo to be displayed. 

Badging 
£8,800 + VAT

Every delegate, exhibitor, speaker and visitor will require a badge. The sponsor’s corporate logo will appear alongside the LGA, ADASS and ADCS logos on the badge.

Conference lunches and refreshments
£8,800 + VAT

Lunch and refreshment breaks are key networking opportunities for all attendees and will provide the sponsor with exclusive promotion in a more informal setting.

Advertising and promotion

• half page, full colour advertisement in first magazine (using supplied artwork). ‘first’ is the LGA’s membership magazine received by 18,000 councillors and 400 chief executives
• display of your corporate logo, company message, contact details and a hyperlink through to your website on the conference website and the conference app.

Branding

• display of your corporate logo alongside all sponsors’ logos on sponsorship recognition boards arranged in prominent positions within the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC).
• display of your corporate logo on the ‘graphics loop’ that is shown on the audio visual systems prior to all plenary sessions in the main room and on the relay systems located throughout the venue.
