100 Innovations by Labour in power
Over 60 Labour Local Authorities from across England and Wales have contributed their achievements to this publication. Despite swingeing government cuts to their local budgets, Labour councils work hard to provide services and opportunities for their communities. It is a showcase of local government innovation on a national scale.
Be a Labour Councillor: A guide for disabled members and local parties
This guide is for disabled members and those running local parties, organising campaigning and events and thinking about making meetings more accessible. It has been produced in consultation with disabled members and particularly on guidance produced by both Disability Labour (the Labour Party's affiliate group for disabled members) and the Local Government Association.
One Nation Localism: How Labour councils are delivering fairness in tough times
Using evidence from the work of Labour councils, this report shows that despite cuts and attacks from the Tory-led Government they are working hard to put our values into practice.
