In 206/17 consultants were used to develop a toolkit for Parish and Town Councils within the St Albans City and District Council area to help identify and allocate sites within their emerging Neighbourhood Plans. It provides some general advice and uses some examples from within the area to show how different Neighbourhood Areas have gone about undertaking individual site assessments.
The toolkit still provides useful reading and general advice for helping to identify sites for neighbourhood plans.
