Planning advisory service
The role of PAS is to support councils to improve their planning services, provide examples of good practice and help introduce change. As part of this, PAS offers a range of chargeable support for local planning authorities that includes for example Planning Peer Challenges, Development Management Reviews and training for Officers and Councillors.
