Advisory Bulletin 746 contains two case reports: Tarbuc v Martello Piling, which concerns when a ‘protected conversation’ can be considered by an employment tribunal, and Tesco Stores Limited v Element and ors, in which the Court of Appeal provided further guidance on the information that can be taken into account when determining the ‘work’ an individual does for the purpose of an equal value claim.
