Information and relevant forms for applying for Brownfield Land Release Fund (BLRF2) Round 3.
Applications must be coordinated by the OPE Partnership and submitted via the designated accountable body of your local OPE Partnership. We welcome concise, clearly structured, and well-referenced proposals.
One Application Form and one Technical Annex must be submitted per application. One Basic Details Form (BDF) must be submitted per OPE partnership, covering all projects submitted by the partnership.

Round Three fund is now closed for applications
Applications for the third round of BLRF2 funding must be received from the OPE partnership lead council by 23.59 on Wednesday 14 February 2024. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Timeline
This is the final round of funding for the current BLRF2 programme.
The application timetable for BLRF2 Round 3 is as follows:

Final deadline for applications 23.59 on 14 February 2024
Decision on final applications and announcement of funding awards Summer 2024
All councils awarded funding will be required to sign a Grant Funding Agreement (GFA).
