Council research into talent management 2024/2025

The LGA is working in partnership with North East Regional Employers (NEREO) and Sunderland University, to undertake research into talent management. The research report will look at the impactful practice of talent management and how it can help address recruitment and retention difficulties in skill shortages areas.
