The learning outcomes are:

  • to explore interventions and processes that increase your efficacy in practice, understanding, and awareness of complex systems change
  • to consider how you may change the nature of conversations across boundaries and roles
  • how to lead on ‘service redesign’
  • how to express the financial and non-financial benefits of change.

The learning resources are designed to support middle leaders to develop skills, knowledge and confidence in efficient and effective approaches to managing change whilst improving outcomes for people in the long term.
